Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 working days

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 working days

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping Fee

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the items.

• Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

Undelivered Packages

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

• You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status on the courier’s website.
