At PlafarmMalaysia, we take great care to ensure our products meet your expectations. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
When a Refund is Possible
Refunds are considered in the following situations:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged or defective
If this happens, please contact us at myplafarmmalaysia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Be sure to include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo evidence of the item and its packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories
Returns must be approved by our team and shipped back within 7 days of confirmation. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
What is Not Refundable
We are unable to offer refunds for:

Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns

Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

Requests based on change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference

Items returned without original packaging or tags
All promotional and event-based purchases are final sale.
Refund Method
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
